I have built a long and successful career as an L&D Professional within the information technology industry. I began my career as an operations specialist, then progressed to systems trainer, instructional designer, project manager, and team leader. I possess deep and advanced knowledge of corporate training methodologies and operations. My primary focus is online learning and its design, development, and delivery in enterprise organizations. 

My background includes:

• High-level strategic leadership experience, collaborating with senior management to transform learning culture and lead initiatives in technology adoption, sales enablement, compliance, performance improvement, and skill development. 

• A Master of Science in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Wisconsin - Stout, with a focus in Learning Technologies, consisting of advanced research into current technology trends, technology adoption, and the impacts of learning technologies on business growth and human performance.

• Project management for instructional design and learning technology.

• Professional certifications from the Association for Talent Development and the University of Wisconsin.

• An extensive design and tech toolbox - including Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Canva, Camtasia, Vyond, Piktochart, Canva, MS Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics, Office 365, HTML5, Google, CSS, SCORM, and xAPI.

• Systems administration experience on learning platforms Cornerstone OnDemand, LinkedIn Learning, Docebo, TalentLMS, and SCORM Cloud.
